Order deadline is Saturday at noon. Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the next delivery week.
Hours: Open Tuesday - Thursday 9 - 6 | Friday 9 - 7 | Saturday 8 - 5
You are requested to place your order and make any change or substitution requests no later than Saturday at noon.
If not communicated otherwise, late orders - placed after the Saturday noon dedadline - will generally be bumped down to the following week.
Order cancellations and/or order changes should be made 48 hrs. prior to your delivery day.
So, deliveries to Baden, New Hamburg, Tavistck and Stratford should be cancelled/changed by 8 p.m. on Saturday.
Deliveries to Cambridge, Brantford, Paris and Guelph should be cancelled/changed by 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Deliveries to Kitchener and Waterloo should be cancelled/changed by 8 p.m. on Monday.
A $5.00 fee applies in case of late cancellation.
If you have a Standing Order, you can schedule Blackout Dates, or days when you do not want a delivery, in your personal Pfenning's Account - go into Manage Orders and click on Blackout Dates. You can also just let us know ahead of time and we will do it for you.
