Soyarie's "firmer" tofu is especially well suited to North American cooking. It will keep its form without additional pressing at home, making it ideal for use in pan-frying, stir frying, sautéing, stews or pureeing for dressings, dips, spreads, sauces, soups, cream pies and cheese cakes.
