Organic peppers are gourmet quality fire roasted red long peppers that are originally grown in the Mediterranean sun. Peeled and packed immediately, these peppers can be stuffed with couscous, rice pilaf or herbed feta cheese. Delicious in sandwiches, salads and pastas, a topping on pizza, or a colourful addition to antipasto.
