Each bottle and tin of our single-estate organic oils contains oil from one grower only, often from a single grove. We taste the fresh oils each year to ensure they meet our exacting standards. The oils are selected by Robert, our founder, a certified professional olive oil sommelier. The natural flavour of our oils varies from mild to strong. No matter what your preference we have an oil that will appeal to your palate and your personal tastes.

Olive Variety: Koroneiki
Kalamata Single estate, unfiltered, certified organic olive oil from south of Kalamata, Peloponisos, Greece. Tasting Notes (strongest): smooth high intensity consisting of olive fruit, grassy and herbal flavour components, with notable bitterness, elegantly balanced and blending smoothly with its peppery finale
Ionian Single estate, unfiltered, certified organic olive oil from The Ionian Islands, Greece. Tasting Notes (weaker): smooth medium high intensity. Same profile as kalamata but It's 1 year older so it's smoother. Full flavored oil but not as peppery or bitter as the Kalamata. The pointy edges of the oil are smoothed over over the course of time.
