| Description: | This fresh garlic hasn't been cured yet, and so the white casing wont be as dry and papery as usual garlic - though the flavour will be just as lovely! Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight. If not used right away, will dry itself in about 3-4 weeks (and then be like regular cured garlic, still flavourful, but with a papery wrapping). |
