First peach of the season. Excellent fresh eating peach that is semi free stone.
Inside, the golden flesh of the yellow peach is more acidic, with a tartness that mellows as the peac ripens and softens.
3-4 peaches make 1lb!
Just a note: all of these Niagara fruits (peaches, plums, nectarines, grapes) are not certified organic. This farm does give preference to organic sprays, implements many sustainable and organic practices - but they do use some conventional sprays when deemed necessary.
